We are happy to tell you more about these monitors! These monitors are often minimal or not used and come from Dell itself. These monitors are often used for demo or promotional purposes. These monitors may not be sold as new because the monitors have been out of the box. That is why these monitors are offered as refurbished or renewed. On monitors that we offer with the quality label ‘A- as good as new’, you can find minimal user traces. This is mainly on the housing or on the foot. On the screen itself, you should not encounter any user traces or dead pixels when purchasing. When the monitor is provided with the ‘R- almost new’ label, it is in principle free of user traces. Very minimal traces may be visible, but that is negligible. If you have any questions about the condition of a specific copy, please do not hesitate to contact us. The warranty on these monitors is 2 years. When purchasing, there must be no dead pixels in an ‘R’ or ‘A’ label product. When this occurs later, we use a minimum of 3 pixels for a warranty case. The warranty is through Dubbelgaaf.nl and not through the manufacturer.
We test the monitors extensively before sale, which includes: user traces on foot, housing and panel. All connections are tested, as are the control buttons and the panel is checked for correct colours and discolourations. This way you can be sure that you will receive a top-notch copy from us!
