New<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A product with the ‘New’ label, refers to a completely new product. This means that products with this label have no history of use to their name so signs of use are not an issue. Once you buy a product with this “New” label, you are the first user. These are products that come your way in complete new condition in original box after ordering. Of course, you also benefit from the advantages of buying from Dubbelgaaf with these products. So you enjoy a warranty period and you can always come to us with problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open-box<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

An open box is a product in new condition from which the box has been opened. In any case, products in this condition are always checked by us and provided with a new Windows installation. This means you receive a brand new ready-to-use product at a reduced price. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Certified Refurbished<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new addition to our products are the so-called Certified Refurbished products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These devices have been refurbished by the manufacturer itself or by partners designated by the manufacturer. These are often products that have been returned to the manufacturer and are no longer permitted for sale as new. In most cases, they are indistinguishable from new, and the manufacturer may still provide a warranty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As good as new<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A product with product condition ‘As good as new’ contains relatively minor damage. This means that the damage is not immediately visible because they are so minimal. So the signs of use will also not be noticeable and will only be visible if you consciously look for it and\/or look at it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some examples of traces of use that fall under as good as new:<\/em>\u2013 Light\/small scratches\u2013 A small dent at the edge\/corner of the device<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lightly used<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A product bearing the ‘Lightly used’ label contains normal scratches and normal signs of use. These are damages that are not too noticeable and therefore not immediately disturbing but are immediately noticeable. It also involves products that feature a bit more signs of use than an As good as new product does. These are really marks created by the active use of the previous owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some examples of traces of use that fall under Lightly used:<\/em>\u2013 Light marks from a previously used protective cover\u2013 Multiple visible damages on the edge of a laptop<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visibly used<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A product in Visibly Used condition contains heavy scratches and signs of use that are immediately noticeable. These include scratches that are a bit deeper in the casing and also dents that are a bit more substantial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is important to know that we at Dubbelgaaf almost never offer these products.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
