Nevertheless, it may happen that you are not satisfied or want to use our service regarding a repair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the moment you are not satisfied with your purchase you can make use of the &#8216;not good, money back&#8217; option. After receiving the product, you have 14 days to register a return. After this, you have another 14 days to return the product. The purchase price will be refunded to you within 14 calendar days after receipt of the product in good order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning to our store are for your own account. These costs are approximately \u20ac 7.25 per package, please consult your carrier&#8217;s website for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and \u2013 if reasonably possible \u2013 in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via <a href=\"mailto:info@dubbelgaaf.nl\">info@dubbelgaaf.nl<\/a> We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return as soon as the product has been returned in good order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, at DubbelGaaf.nl we use a warranty period. Are you experiencing a defect through no fault of your own? Then you can appeal this deadline. Problems outside the warranty period? No worries. You can use our service both within and outside this period. Always keep in mind that we are not responsible for any loss of data. Therefore, we always recommend making a backup\/reserve copy on an external drive or cloud. At the time your repair is within the warranty period, we will pay the shipping costs. This means that both the cost of sending the product (if any) and the cost of returning it on our behalf will be at our expense. Important to note here is that we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping of your product. You can also bring your refurbished product to our store in Rouveen.
