Our webshop is developed with WooCommerce software, we have chosen Hostnet for our web hosting. We send our e-mail newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. To handle (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the Payment Service Provider Pay.nl. Pay.nl processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Pay.nl has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Pay.nl reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties in this context. Pay.nl the event of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), shares personal data and order data with post-payment service providers. We store your data for as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we will keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. This also means that we will not keep your data for longer than two years from the last moment of contact or transaction, unless there is a legal justification for doing so. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we are required to retain invoices containing your (personal) data, so we will retain this data for as long as the applicable term runs.
