Remote assistance
When you experience a problem with your laptop or desktop, we can often assist remotely. This can be a disappointment for you as a customer, we want to eradicate these issues for you. This way, many (small) issues can be resolved without needing to visit our workshop One of our technicians will assist you via AnyDesk.
The rate for remote assistance is €23,50 per 15 minutes.
