Not good, money back
At DubbelGaaf.nl we are convinced that our products meet a certain quality. If you are not satisfied with the product after purchase, we apply the money-back guarantee. This means that you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of purchase. Then you have fourteen days after the cancellation to return the product to us. Once we have received the product, we will evaluate the product and refund the purchase price and any shipping costs within a maximum of fourteen days to the account number known to us. Any costs required for you to return the product to us will be at your own expense.
If you want to make use of this guarantee it is important that all delivered products are sent to us in their original state and packaging. Is the product damaged, for example, because you are conducting a test? Then you are liable for the depreciation of the product. So please note that we will probably charge money for this then.
We provide our hardware with a standard 24-month warranty, unless otherwise stated. This term also does not apply to adapters and batteries. Damages for which you are responsible, such as water damage or fall damage, are at your own expense. We do not provide a warranty on this damage under any circumstances.
