Return Policy

At Dubbelgaaf, we believe it’s important that you can enjoy your refurbished product without any worries. However, there may be times when you’re not satisfied or would like to use our repair service.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can take advantage of our “money-back guarantee.” After receiving the product, you have 14 days to request a return. You then have another 14 days to return the product. We will refund the purchase price within 14 calendar days after we receive the product in good condition.

You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. You are only responsible for the cost of returning the item to our store. These costs amount to approximately €6.95 per package; please check your carrier’s website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories included and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days of your return request, once the product has been received in good condition.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returned.

Warranty

In addition, at Dubbelgaaf we offer a warranty period. If you experience a defect that is not your fault, you can make a claim under this warranty. Problems outside the warranty period? Don’t worry. You can take advantage of our service both within and outside this period. Please always keep in mind that we are not responsible for any loss of data. We therefore always recommend making a backup copy on an external drive or in the cloud. If your repair falls within the warranty period, we’ll cover the shipping costs. This means that we’ll pay for both the cost of sending the product to us (if applicable) and the cost of returning it to you on our behalf. It’s important to note that we are not responsible for any damage that may occur while your product is in transit. You can also drop off your refurbished product at our store in Rouveen. Of course, there is no charge for this.
