To give you a clear picture of the physical condition of our products, we use product condition ratings. These ratings describe the cosmetic state of our products.

It’s important to know that the technical condition of all our products is always perfect.

Product conditions	Explanation
New	The product is in unopened packaging.
Open box	The product has been taken out of the box for inspection and reinstallation. Otherwise, it is in like-new condition.
Certified Refurbished	The product has been refurbished by the manufacturer or authorized partners. Often in like-new technical and cosmetic condition.
As good as new	The product shows signs of minor wear, such as light scratches or small dents.
Lightly used	The product shows visible signs of wear, such as scratches or dents.
Visibly used	The product shows deep scratches, dents, or paint damage, and the screen may have scratches.
