This warranty allows you, the customer, to return to the store in the event of a defect and have it repaired at no cost. With us this warranty is often one year, if there is a different term we will clearly state it. However, this warranty on a refurbished product is shorter than on a completely new product.

Support and maintenance

Refurbished products are eligible for certain support and maintenance. This is because as a refurbished retailer you work with products of a certain quality and test and clean them extensively. And in the store, of course, you have personal contact with one or more salespeople. With a used, second-hand product, it is often difficult to find out who the seller is. There is some information available but it is often very limited. In addition, with a used product, you can no longer appeal to the seller once the product is on your doorstep.
